Do you offer refunds for retreats?
No. All retreat bookings are non-refundable.
Once a booking is confirmed, funds are immediately allocated to secure accommodations, logistics, facilitators, local staff, transportation, and other operational expenses. These costs are incurred upfront to ensure the quality, privacy, and integrity of the retreat experience.
For this reason, no cash refunds are issued under any circumstances.
What happens if I cancel my retreat booking?
If a client chooses to cancel their participation, a store credit equal to 80% of the amount paid will be issued.
– The remaining 20% is retained to cover non-recoverable administrative, logistical, and operational costs already incurred.
– The store credit is valid for 12 months from the original retreat start date.
– The credit may be used toward: a future retreat, a different retreat offering, another participant (transferable with written notice)
No cash refunds are issued for client-initiated cancellations.
What happens if the retreat is postponed or cancelled by the retreat organizer?
If a retreat is postponed or cancelled by the retreat organizer—due to unforeseen circumstances, emergencies, legal or travel restrictions, health issues, or force majeure—the client will receive a 100% store credit for the full amount paid.
– The credit is valid for 12 months.
– It may be applied to: the same type of retreat on a future date, or any other retreat of equal value
– No cash refunds are issued.
The full value of the client’s payment is preserved and honored through store credit.
